Decoding Midfield Dominance

Goal Moments supports Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, and direct bank transfer for both deposits and withdrawals. Crypto deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are also accepted with no minimum, and all crypto withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. Deposits are instant; e‑wallet withdrawals usually clear within 24 hours, while card and bank transfers take 3‑5 business days. No internal fees are charged, though your bank or e‑wallet provider may apply its own charges.

New customers receive a 100 % match bonus up to $200 on their first deposit. The bonus funds are credited instantly, but you must wager the bonus amount 35 times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, and only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher count toward the requirement. If the wagering is not met in time, the bonus and any related winnings are forfeited.

The over/under 2.5 goals market asks whether the total number of goals in a match will be more (over) or fewer (under) than 2.5. If you back ‘over’, you win only if at least three goals are scored; backing ‘under’ wins if zero, one or two goals are scored. Odds reflect the statistical probability estimated by Goal Moments’ analytics team, adjusted for public betting patterns and market liquidity. You can switch between decimal, fractional, and American odds formats in your account settings.

In the ‘Responsible Gambling’ section of your account settings, you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit, a loss limit, or a cap on individual bet amounts. The limit takes effect immediately; increases require a 24‑hour cooling‑off period, while decreases are applied instantly. Goal Moments also offers self‑exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure, during which you cannot log in or receive promotions. For additional help, use the live chat or email support, who can direct you to external counselling services.

Yes. Goal Moments operates under a license from the Curacao eGaming Authority, which enforces compliance with anti‑money‑laundering and fair‑play standards. The license number is displayed in the site footer, and you can verify its status on the regulator’s public register. Being licensed means the platform must adhere to strict operational rules and player‑protection requirements.

If a match is postponed before kick‑off and not rescheduled within 24 hours, all bets on that match are void and the stake is returned to your account. If the match is abandoned after the game has started, bets on the outcome already decided (e.g., half‑time result) stand, while unsettled markets are void unless the official competition rules dictate otherwise. Goal Moments follows the sport governing body’s official decision to determine settlement. You will be notified via email or in‑app message of any changes to your bets.
